Things That Matter : Milk

I know this sound weird but it’s really something that matters because Milk is actually considered to be the most beneficial drink right after water “without it you die!”…Why I’m saying that..well…I say that because Soda drinks have bad effects on your bones..I know your not really convinced and you think that this is some sort of a conspiracy against Coke and Pepsi :) , but sadly its not… to explain what I’m saying more…check this clip out…

and another something to show us how awesome milk is Miss Hayden Panettiere from Heroes….

More Info on Milk :) :

Milk is an opaque white liquid produced by the mammary glands of female mammals (including monotremes). Mammary glands are highly specialized sweat glands. The female ability to produce milk is one of the defining characteristics of mammals. It provides the primary source of nutrition for newborns before they are able to digest other types of food. The early lactation milk is known as colostrum, and carries the mother’s antibodies to the baby. It can reduce the risk of many diseases in the baby. Males of all mammal species retain the breasts that are part of the fundamental mammalian animal structure, hence their nipples. Lactation occurs in males in certain rare circumstances, both naturally and artificially, however, some pharmaceuticals precipitate lactation in males readily. The exact components of raw milk varies by species, but it contains significant amounts of saturated fat, protein and calcium as well as vitamin C.

big words I know…but it only leads to only one solution…: DRINK MILK IF YOU WANT TO GROW!

books : The green book

what’s better than learning how to protect the environment than reading the tips that our beloved Celebrities wrote for us in a small, green book, which they called “The Green Book”, Ellen DeGeneres, Robert Redford, Will Ferrell, Jennifer Aniston, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Martha Stewart, Tyra Banks, Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Tiki Barber, Owen Wilson, and Justin Timberlake tell you how they make a difference to the environment, what I do love about that book, that most of those guys are hypocrites, but they are hypocrites with good information, like for example, Dale Earnhardt,Jr. is a NASCAR driver, what does he do? he drives cars, cars run on what? cars run on fuel, which pollutes the air so BINGO here’s a hypocrite, and just please don’t let me start talking about the other guys, but lets just keep it away from our review for today, the book did state some interesting facts, which personally I don’t think that most of those celebrities actually wrote any tip by themselves, but here are the interesting facts that I was talking about :

- Don’t ask for ATM receipts. If everyone in the United States refused their receipts, it would save a roll of paper more than two billion feet long, or enough to circle the equator fifteen times!

- Turn off the tap while you brush your teeth. You’ll conserve up to five gallons of water per day. Throughout the entire United States, the daily savings could add up to more water than is consumed every day in all of New York City.

so thanks guys for saving time to “write” that book for us, it has been a great mind opener for us, and thanks for helping us be more green :) .

Stuff that matters : Animals :)

I have a 15 year old turtle, I didn’t give her a name, but I love her, if you just look at any of yourpets, you would find out that they are here to teach you a lesson, Ancient Egyptians used to worship gods with animals faces, they believed that animals are wisdom and humble, and that’s true kind of :) , my turtle did teach me a lesson in patient, she just makes you feel that being patient in this world is easy, which by the way is not, because we live in the world of speed and everything, but still, after along day of struggles with life, I just come back home and stare at her, and she would be just there waiting, some other animals just teach you other stuff, your dog teaches you loyalty, the cow makes you feel she like is a big mom, the wolfs teach you to be mean, and kind of slithery, its all around us, and one of the things that matter is to protect the animals, because even though some people have fun hunting or even eating them sick!, we need those animals to survive, and a lot of teenagers around the world right now while I am writing this, are making protests, signing petitions, all for the  animals that they love, they deserve a better world too, just like we do, and that’s what you guys need to do, if you are feeling alone or anything, go get a pet, its better than staring at the TV watching stupid shows :) , take care guys, and happy new year in advance.

so I noticed that a lot of people are looking for Animal’s pictures so I found the perfect place for animals pictures…check it out :)[Animals Pics]

Must See Movie & things that matter: The Bucket List

One of the reasons that actually attracted me to watch that movie was how important the main question of the whole movie, what have we done with our lives, and what are the stuff that we really want to do, for teenagers, its really hard to decide what your really want to be when you are between the ages of 13 to 17, you get an image but a fade one by the age of 18, and all comes to make sense or for some people don’t at the age of 20, the movie is about the what to do before we die list, that most of us really have and I do have one, Morgan Freeman”Carter Chambers” and Jack Nicholson “Edward Cole” are two old people with cancer, when they find out the time period left for them to live, they escape from the hospital and try to do the stuff that they wanted to do before they die, it all came up when Morgan had a list that their teacher called the bucket list, or thing to do before they kick the bucket that means they die for those who don’t know , and they just do those stuff they wanted to do, and that what every one of us really need with him the whole time, our own bucket list :) , take care, and catch you guys on the flip side.
